My name is Joy Gamble and I am a solution-focused therapist, with many years of experience in the field. My goal is to help you  deal effectively with the challenges that you face  in your life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Exciting advances in the field of psychology in the areas of neuroscience, somatic therapies, attachment, mindfulness and meditation, to name but a few offer  therapists powerful  new tools to share with our clients.

I work with all kinds of people from all walks of life all ethnicities. and ages from 6 upward and would  love to spend a little time talking with you about your goals and answeringy your questions. I respect that therapy is a commitment of time  and valuable resouces and have a lot of experience working with briefer treatment models to get you /your family/spouse or child  the most help in the shortest period of time.
